I grew up in Reading, PA, and pursued my education outside Philadelphia at Arcadia University, where I earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. This combination felt like a perfect fit—I’ve always been passionate about fitness and movement, fascinated by human behavior, and drawn to teaching.
In my junior year, I studied abroad in London, taking a break from the sciences to explore art history, theater, and European culture. Traveling through Europe opened my eyes to new ways of living, and I began questioning the fast-paced American lifestyle.
While I loved what I learned in graduate school, I quickly realized that traditional healthcare systems often fell short of truly helping people. After graduation, I moved to Washington, DC, and expanded my expertise, becoming certified in Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic Exercise, and Yamuna Body Rolling. I embraced the idea of "Movement as Medicine," offering one-on-one sessions that combined movement and manual bodywork, bypassing insurance constraints to deliver personalized care.
I co-owned a wellness center with another physical therapist, blending physical therapy, movement studios, and a gym under one roof. Alongside this, I traveled nationwide, teaching healthcare practitioners how to integrate Therapeutic Pilates into their practices.
My curiosity about food and nutrition inspired me to dissolve the business partnership and dive deeper into food science and integrative health. I became a certified Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, a Food as Medicine Educator, and a Healthy Food Chef through the Living Light Culinary Institute.
If it’s not already obvious, I LOVE LEARNING. I’m endlessly curious and energized by new experiences!
This curiosity led to powerful transformations in my work. I began visiting clients’ homes to help them create healing environments—reorganizing kitchens, eliminating unhealthy foods, and sourcing high-quality ingredients from local markets and online vendors. I also developed a juice line, taught seasonal cleanses, and hosted healthy cooking classes in homes and event spaces around DC.
I incorporated clean living into my practice, helping clients reduce toxins in their homes, personal care routines, and even furniture choices. These changes empowered them to build healthier, more intentional lives.
Listening deeply to clients’ stories became one of my greatest joys. Uncovering their unique needs and helping them design vibrant, radiant lifestyles felt like my true calling.
Enter Life Disruption
Then came a life-altering challenge—a mysterious, debilitating pelvic pain that upended my life. For years, I couldn’t work, walk, or even wear pants comfortably. At first, I tried to hide it, push through it, and rely on my training to heal, but nothing worked.
One day, in utter despair, I collapsed on the floor, surrendering to the Universe. I remember saying, “I’ve tried everything. Please help me, and I promise to help others heal.” That moment became the turning point in my healing journey.
I realized that, as Einstein said, “You cannot solve a problem with the same thinking that created it.” I needed to learn what I didn’t yet know—about root-cause healing, subconscious reprogramming, trauma work, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and energy balance.
This exploration introduced me to transformative tools like visualization, tapping, chakra work, and feminine/masculine energy integration. I discovered that healing isn’t just about fixing symptoms—it’s about becoming your true self and living in alignment with that truth.
Teaching and Transformation
As I healed, I felt called to share what I had learned. I created an online program called Holistic Pelvic Healing and hosted The Most Radiant Life Ever Summit, interviewing 71 experts about living our best lives. This summit deepened my love for storytelling as a powerful tool for healing.
After moving to West Linn, OR, I specialized further as a Women’s Pelvic Health Physical Therapist. While clinical work was rewarding, I realized that true healing required addressing the mind, body, emotions, and soul.
During COVID, I stepped away from the clinic to create another online program, Healing Lifestyle Design. This program expanded my focus to address a wide range of dis-eases, teaching clients how to weave healing rituals into their daily lives and embrace their truth.
A New Chapter
My personal journey took another turn as I explored generational wealth and real estate investing. I completed an interior design program (Psychologie of Home), became a licensed real estate broker, and earned certification as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.
During this time, I also experienced profound personal loss—my mom passed away, and my dad required long-term care after an accident. These experiences deepened my understanding of life’s fragility and the importance of preparing for every stage of life.
The Birth of AgeWell Home & Lifestyle
All of this—my passion for healing, design, and creating intentional spaces—has culminated in AgeWell Home & Lifestyle. This venture blends my expertise in physical therapy, design, and lifestyle coaching to help others age gracefully and live vibrantly, no matter their circumstances.
I am here to help people create lives they absolutely love—rooted in truth, vitality, and the power of living as their authentic selves.
